Testimonials & Real life

When healthcare systems fall short — whether through rushed care, incomplete evaluation, or cognitive bias — patients suffer. QHO was built on the principles that no one should ever feel lost or confused when their health could be on the line. Our healthcare service insight helps bridge that gap, giving individuals the tools to navigate complex clinical landscapes, advocate for themselves, and get appropriate care before it’s too late.

Delayed Diagnosis

My son told me I should reach out to QHO after he learned I have a gene that is linked to HLA-B27 which is an autoimmune inflammatory disease called Ankylosing spondylitis. The illness affects my mobility. Over the span of 20 years having this particular gene, I saw 3 different primary care physicians and multiple specialists who never referred me to a rheumatologist. When I signed up with Quality Health Outcomes, at my initial visit I learned that I needed to be seen by a rheumatologist. Since signing up with QHO, I have been seen by a rheumatologist, had the appropriate imaging and placed on medication to slow down the disease.

Healthcare failures

Over the last few years I’ve broken my foot, back, wrist, and elbow. It only seemed to be getting worse. I found QHO and signed my husband and myself up after being diagnosed with osteopenia. They helped me understand my options and got me started on Vitamin D3+Calcium. They also recommended I have a DXA bone scan since it had been well over 3years since my last one. This is a treatment plan that QHO is helping me achieve with my primary care doctor. Having true champions for my health gives me peace of mind. Because of QHO I now know I need a DXA scans every 2 years and a vitamin D level checked yearly.

Delayed Diagnosis

I saw my PCP 4 times for a simple ingrown toenail. How did this turn into a staph infection and multiple antibiotics later without any relief? I had a friend tell me about Quality Health Outcomes and how much they helped him out with his medical care. I ended up joining their subscription and within one week I was seen by a podiatrist with same day procedure.

Healthcare fraud

I’ve overpaid by thousands of dollars from fraudulent charges from my healthcare provides using incorrect codes for procedures increasing my out of pocket costs. QHO helps me verify and review all my medical bills and healthcare explanation of benefits.

I had a routine health maintenance exam with my OBGYN. During this visit I had a list of questions I wanted to review and she did not give me the time to ask and told me I would have to make another appointment to discuss any issues. My mother is a client of QHO and spoke very highly of them. I reached out to QHO and the provider instructed me on how I need to handle office visits moving forward. The subscription plan I have allows me to have the option for the provider to review pre and post office visits.

I’ve been seeing my PCP for 12 years. I was having some urinary issues and he would check my urine to rule out any infection. He even referred me to a urologist. This was ongoing for over 5 years. I started doing some research which lead me to Quality Health Outcomes. The provider immediately instructed me to request a PSA. When I got my results and found out my PSA was over 100, the provider at QHO informed me what my next steps were and who I needed a referral placed to. I had QHO with me every step of the way. I was able to review my treatment plan with the provider after I had my visit with the urologist and medical oncologist to make sure my treatment plan was best for me.
