The founders repeatedly observed how even well-resourced individuals could experience delayed diagnoses, misaligned treatment plans, and preventable complications simply because no one was formally responsible for seeing the entire picture, questioning assumptions, and coordinating care across institutions.

Tracy Lamanca: Founder / Chief Medical Officer

As Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Quality Health Outcomes, LLC, I provide the clinical leadership and medical judgment that underpin every aspect of our work. My role is to ensure that each client’s care is evaluated with rigor, foresight, and independence — especially in situations where complexity, uncertainty, or urgency can compromise outcomes.

Quality Health Outcomes was created to address a critical gap in healthcare: even the most sophisticated patients often lack an objective, experienced medical authority overseeing the entire arc of their care. As CMO, I serve as that authority — guiding diagnostic strategy, assessing treatment plans, identifying risks, and intervening early to prevent error, delay, or avoidable harm.

I work directly with clients, families, and treating teams to translate complex medical information into clear, actionable decisions. This includes medical record curation and analysis, global second opinions, inpatient oversight, advanced diagnostic pathways, and coordination across specialties and institutions. Our model is intentionally non-clinical and non-insurance-based, allowing my medical judgment to remain entirely free from institutional, financial, or procedural bias.

In addition to direct client oversight, I lead the development of our clinical standards, physician networks, and quality frameworks. Every specialist relationship and care pathway is evaluated through the lens of outcomes, evidence, and real-world performance — not reputation alone.

At its core, my work is about vigilance and accountability. Medicine moves quickly, systems are fragmented, and small missteps can carry enormous consequences. Quality Health Outcomes exists to make sure nothing important is missed, assumptions are challenged, and patients have an experienced medical advocate watching every detail — from first symptoms to final resolution.
